Non-Refundable: Purchases of services, including retreats and wedding professional services, are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased, work begins immediately, and bookings are made to ensure a seamless experience for you.

Booking Changes: If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee availability or adjustments.

Instant Delivery: All digital products are available for instant download upon purchase. You will receive a link to download your product immediately after payment is confirmed.

No Physical Shipping: We do not offer any tangible products. Therefore, no physical items will be shipped to you.

No Tangible Products: Hostess with the Mostess only offers digital downloadable products and services. There are no physical products available for purchase or shipment through our website.
